Expedia EMEA were looking to enhance their workspaces with bespoke interior and exterior landscaping for each locations. They were also looking to streamline the management of their landscaping partners across the EMEA region.
From Seed to Bloom
We provided Expedia with a single point of contact to centrally manage the interior and exterior landscaping across all 12 EMEA locations. Our team coordinated onsite surveys, design, installation and maintenance through one streamlined process, reducing complexity for the client.
For some offices there was existing landscaping onsite, for these we reviewed the space and recommended improvements.
For the workspaces without any landscaping we delivered a bespoke planting design developed in collaboration with local teams, ensuring alignment with individual workplace styles while maintaining consistent standards across the portfolio. All schemes supported Expedia’s sustainability and energy-efficiency goals, using carefully selected planting and materials.
The solution included end-of-desk planting, integrated joinery features, tabletop planters, and floorstanding terracotta planters. Alongside the ongoing maintenance coordinated through one point of contact we delivered unified reporting across all sites, providing consistent metrics and data tracking.
