Global Pharmaceutical Company wanted to create a space that reflected their mission to enhance the wellbeing of people as well as to reflect their commitment to sustainability, which they demonstrated in their LEED Platinum and WELL Certification. To achieve this they wanted to create a space that enhanced human connection to nature by integrating a range of biophilic solutions that brought outdoors, indoors.
From Seed to Bloom
To create a space that enabled an immersive experience in nature, we created an installation that used a range of biophilic elements:
- Hanging ceiling planting to create immersive greenery overhead.
- Broste planters filled with carefully selected air-purifying plants.
- Large-scale moss and preserved planting green walls for dramatic and sustainable impact.
- Moss logos in naturally finished materials to integrate branding with nature.
- Exterior landscaping to extend the design beyond the office interior.
Together, these multi-levels of planting features blurred the boundary between indoors and outdoors while embedding nature into both the aesthetic and functional identity of the office.
Bloom
A workplace connected with nature, capitalising on the green space of St. Stephen’s Green outside the building. Employees and visitors benefit from an environment that promotes mental and physical wellbeing.
